Code Islamic Rules using Java
1) personnal assistant
2) extract the metamodel (for example IMAM = Session Manager)
3) propose equivalence terms between Islam and Cognitive Science
such us Psychology, Neuroscience, Anthropology, ...
4) encode the equivalence into the Java code
5) run the instanciated code
6) extract the specific algorithm (related to cognitive science).

This code is just the beginning, each and every rule of islam has to be applied to be complete, but it is a long term job :D
We can code different other classes such : hearing, seeing, saying, etc... to take into account neuroscience informations....
