In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
It is my great honor to write this first article that what I call modestly, the therapeutical algorithmic of as-salat, or science to explain the configuration of components (gestures, movements, positions, and acts ) made during the Muslim prayer. On the other hand, implicit in this specific configuration with respect to the therapeutic aspects generated.
Here we focus on several distinct elements, which are the top 5 are:
the order of religious acts and gestures.
the duration of each act, gesture or position.
the number of repetitions of each component, for example:
why did Sobh (morning prayer) contains only two rakaates (prostration)?
why did zuhr (noon), al-Asr (mid afternoon), al-Isha (late afternoon prayer) containing 4? twice?
why al-maghrib (sunset prayer) contains 3?
why al-witr prayer contains a single prostration.
the sound aspect (audible vs. silent) of each act?
fajr prayer (Sobh-a) in audible voice.
a-zuhr prayers, al-Asr silent.
prayers al-Maghrib al-isha in audible voice.
the precise time of each act? sunrise? bed? etc..
Twakalna ala Allah (in Allah we rely on, and we depend on him).
