Voici quelques moyens testés et approuvés par ma personne :) pour se ressourcer :
Une bonne nuit de sommeil de 10h ou + : les mythes et légendes urbaines faisant circuler le bruit que 5h de sommeil sont suffisants pour le corps sont effectivement des légendes urbaines :) Si vous pouvez vous coucher vers 10h et vous lever au lever du soleil, c'est encore mieux. Bien sûr, si vous pouvez faire des prières volontaires de nuit (tarawih ou 9iyam), c'est la meilleure chose que vous puissiez faire.
Une bonne sieste de 2h ou + : juste après le déjeuner, il est possible de faire celà le week end, la plupart des gens n'ont rien de prévu dimanche aprés midi, les magasins sont fermés :), le mythe disant qu'il ne faut pas dépasser 20 à 30 min de sieste est un mythe. Personnellement je préfère me reposer pour continuer la journée de bonne humeur et d'attaque.
Un petit tour en forêt : Rien de mieux que l'air pur pour remettre d'aplomb, eucalyptus et autres sont les meilleurs alliés de la santé. Et puis le contact avec la nature représente pour moi un retour aux sources.
Un petit tour à la campagne : l'état d'apaisement et de coupure du stress ressentie à la campagne est considérable, avez vous déjà vue un paysan stressé :) bon blague à part, la campagne c'est génial :)
Un petit tour à la mer : l'air marin est chargé d'ions négatifs, ces derniers sont connus pour leur effet anti-inflammatoire, et puis personne ne résiste à une petite marche pieds nus sur le sable.

Here are some ways tested and approved by myself to recharge :):

A short tour in the forest: Nothing better than fresh air to put right, eucalyptus and other allies are the best of health. And then the contact with nature is for me a homecoming.
A trip to the countryside: the state of healing and breaking stress felt in the country is considerable, have you ever seen a peasant stressed good :) joking aside, the campaign is great :)
A trip to the sea: the sea air is charged with negative ions, they are known for their anti-inflammatory effect, and then no one can withstand a short walk barefoot on the sand.
